In the book Sang Spell by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor a boy named Josh is hitchhiking all the to Dallas, Texas from Massachusetts. On the way there he gets beaten, robbed, and stranded in the middle of nowhere. He spots a horse in the distance. Josh gets taken to a village trapped in time, the village of Canara. This village is very strange, for none can leave and none can enter.
This Author was very good at organizing the information so it made sense. I really liked the order things were put. It’s not like a lot of books I read where the story isn’t in any sort of order at all. I really recommend this book if you have a hard time putting stuff in order.
This Author was also good at detail. She puts very descriptive pictures in your mind. I really enjoyed this. I really recommend this book if you have a hard time picturing stuff.
I would definitely recommend this book to everybody with a vast imagination. The book makes you put pictures in your mind you never would have thought of seeing. This is a great book, and you should read it.
